I can certainly testify that your training plan has enabled me to drop the weight that I wanted to lose as well as feel much better about myself and what I am able to accomplish at my age (62). The combination of weight training and changes in my diet are making a difference in reshaping my body. My energy level is great. It is all good stuff.
